The Soulo by ORTLIEB is a waterproof backpack for the city that impresses with a clever magnetic lid and urban design. The lid is held closed by two strong magnets and, together with the large opening, allows you to handle the contents quickly and easily. Don't worry: thanks to invisible latches on both magnets, which you operate with a short reach under the lid, your belongings remain protected from unauthorised access. Inside there is a padded compartment for notebooks up to 39 x 27 x 2.5 cm and a flat organiser with inside pockets. The small, non-waterproof outer zip pocket holds your keys, for example. The material scores with a pleasant feel. The bottom is reinforced and thus particularly durable. Product Shipments

We ship products all over Greece!

Shipments of goods are made according to their volume, weight and place of destination, by courier and transport companies. In some areas, courier companies do not deliver to your home, so you will need to collect your order from their branch in your area, after notification.

Bicycles are paid cash on delivery only within Thessaloniki. In the rest of Greece, bicycle shipments are made by carriers.

The cost of transport for bicycle parcels with package dimensions up to 180 x 120 x 25 cm is borne by the recipient and is indicated at the completion of the order. In case of larger dimensions, ask us for a cost indication. In cases of cash on delivery, it will be indicated in the corresponding field of your order form, when the confirmation is sent. In all other cases, you will be notified by the carrier, upon delivery. Ask us for a cost estimate of shipping to your area.

Within Thessaloniki: 2-3 working days.
To all other regions, after 3 working days.

The bikes are delivered assembled, adjusted and (partially, but sufficiently) packed, ready to use, so that the factory warranty is valid.

For shipments abroad, please consult us prior to your order.
We bear no responsibility for any delays on the part of the transport company.

Product returns

Product returns are only accepted if the product you received is defective. Return time limit is set to 30 days from the date of receipt, as long as you have already informed our store within 3 days from the date of receipt.

In case of damage caused during transportation or during installation/assembly by you, we bear no responsibility.

Caution

If a product in offer is purchased (red sticker) then it is valid for up to 3 installments at most, for payment with any card.
Interest-free installments are offered for most Greek banks' credit cards but not all. Cards from CITY BANK and ALPHA BANK DO NOT accept installments.
