The ORTLIEB Frame-Pack RC with roll-top closure makes the best possible use of space in the frame triangle when bikepacking. Due to the low centre of gravity, you can optimally accommodate provisions or heavier equipment such as tools and tent poles. The lightweight but sturdy nylon fabric has a waterproof coating and, together with the likewise waterproof roll-top closure with silicone rings, ensures reliable protection for your belongings. Using individually adjustable hook & loop fastening straps, you can attach the Frame-Pack RC to top tubes with a diameter of up to 48.8 mm and can also attach three separate hook & loop straps to the saddle and/or down tube. It is also suitable for carbon frames.

Shipments of goods are made according to their volume, weight and place of destination, by courier and transport companies. In some areas, courier companies do not deliver to your home, so you will need to collect your order from their branch in your area, after notification.

Bicycles are paid cash on delivery only within Thessaloniki. In the rest of Greece, bicycle shipments are made by carriers.

The cost of transport for bicycle parcels with package dimensions up to 180 x 120 x 25 cm is borne by the recipient and is indicated at the completion of the order. In case of larger dimensions, ask us for a cost indication. In cases of cash on delivery, it will be indicated in the corresponding field of your order form, when the confirmation is sent. In all other cases, you will be notified by the carrier, upon delivery. Ask us for a cost estimate of shipping to your area.

Delivery time:

Within Thessaloniki: 2-3 working days.
To all other regions, after 3 working days.

The bikes are delivered assembled, adjusted and (partially, but sufficiently) packed, ready to use, so that the factory warranty is valid.

For shipments abroad, please consult us prior to your order.

Product returns

Product returns are only accepted if the product you received is defective. Return time limit is set to 30 days from the date of receipt, as long as you have already informed our store within 3 days from the date of receipt.

In case of damage caused during transportation or during installation/assembly by you, we bear no responsibility.
